Your next step
Tell us your city or ZIP, number of people and requested service. The team confirms the quote and availability before a mobile visit is scheduled.
Describe the group without sending employee records
For an initial quote, provide the business location, approximate participant count, requested date range and the program or service needed. Use a business contact for coordination. A roster containing Social Security numbers, passport copies or fingerprint images is unnecessary for this first enquiry.
If the group has different requirements, describe the categories and counts separately. For example, some people may need a Florida agency submission while others need physical cards. A single visit does not make those services identical.
Ask what the total actually includes
Use a practical quote checklist. These are items to confirm, not a claim that each is always charged separately.
- Confirmed service and agreed number of participants.
- Government or processing charges included in the per-person amount.
- Any travel, setup, scheduling or minimum-attendance charge.
- Extra cards or other individually requested work.
- Payment responsibility and the effect of fewer or additional attendees.
- Conditions for rescheduling, no-shows or another capture if needed.
Keep scheduling separate from result deadlines
Give the team’s external deadline and ask what appointment options are available. A mobile visit completes an agreed fingerprinting stage; it does not guarantee that every agency finishes its screening or decision at the same time.
Assign one coordinator to distribute the confirmed preparation instructions. Ask how appointments within the visit will be organized and what staff should bring, rather than asking everyone to arrive unprepared in one queue.
Request the service on the main site
Use Oraz Fingerprinting’s mobile service page to make the next enquiry. The site describes service in Hallandale Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade; the actual location, program, timing and quote need confirmation. Keep the agreed scope so both the organization and attendees understand what the visit covers.
Questions about this topic
Is a group discount guaranteed?
No. Request a quote for your actual group and compare the complete scope, rather than assuming a discount.
Can everyone in the team use the same ORI?
Only if the requesting program confirms that requirement for each person. Do not assign a code merely because they share an employer.
Should I send a sensitive employee spreadsheet for a quote?
No. Start with counts, service categories and a coordinator; ask about any later required data through the confirmed service process.
