Your next step
Confirm the requested service before arranging a visit. A question or quote request is not a confirmed appointment.
Price the remaining work, not an assumed starting point
Tell the team whether you need the complete route, already have cards, or already hold an official report. A report-ready customer may only need document review and the appropriate authentication stage. Existing cards require a suitability check rather than an automatic repeat appointment.
Include the receiving country, organization and actual deadline. Ask which requirement has been checked and which still needs confirmation. A quote based only on the word “international” leaves too much unspecified.
Ask for a stage-by-stage scope
The written quote should identify capture or card preparation, agreed report-request support, federal authentication coordination and delivery. Ask who handles each stage and what the client receives at its end.
Oraz Fingerprinting coordinates only the services it agrees to provide. A permitted partner may handle a particular submission; the FBI issues its report and the Department of State issues the applicable federal certificate. A private business cannot guarantee a government decision or completion date.
Make extras and exclusions visible
Check whether official and partner charges are included, which return delivery is covered, and what happens if additional cards or a new capture are required. Do not infer a free repeat policy without written terms.
Translation, international shipping, extra documents and consular legalization should be included expressly or listed separately. A change of country or recipient requirements can change the scope; ask how such changes will be quoted.
Compare timelines and prices on the same basis
Ask for separate estimates for capture, report issuance, authentication and shipping. The estimate should identify when each stage starts. A short appointment is not the total turnaround for the finished international document.
On the FBI service page, discuss the full-service option and ask for a package quote. Confirm the agreed deliverables and payment terms before proceeding. This guide does not publish a verified bundle price, discount or guaranteed savings.
Questions about this topic
Is an apostille-only price the full package price?
No. It may exclude fingerprinting and report support. Compare the written scope rather than the headline amount.
Should I buy the full bundle if I have my FBI report?
Ask for a quote for the work still needed. Repeating capture or report stages should have a stated reason.
Can a package guarantee my foreign application will be accepted?
No. The receiving authority decides whether its application requirements are satisfied; coordination does not guarantee that decision.
