What the fingerprinting office provides
Your visit concerns capture and the arranged submission. Keep the receipt and transaction reference connected to that appointment. These identify the service and transmission, rather than acting as the criminal-history report or the agency’s suitability decision.
Oraz Fingerprinting states on its main site that it does not receive or store the results of its Florida agency submissions. Questions about the actual result should follow the relevant agency’s process.
Why the recipient depends on the program
DBPR describes its retrieval of results through the authorized process. HealthSource explains that specified agencies access screening results in the Clearinghouse and that it does not provide the applicant a copy of those results. Do not generalize one program’s access rules to every employer.
If a new organization asks for your earlier report, clarify whether it can use the existing agency screening or is requesting a different document. Emailing a receipt is not the same as transferring official results.
If the employer cannot see the screening
Ask what precisely is missing: the transaction, access to a relevant result or completion of its own review. Keep the ORI instructions, date and TCN available. The original provider can be asked to check its submission information; the receiving organization must explain its program requirements.
Do not respond to uncertainty by automatically buying a personal FBI report or a new scan. First determine which part of the existing route needs attention.
If you want a personal copy
Describe what document you need and why before ordering another service. A personal criminal-history request is distinct from fulfilling an employer’s or board’s agency screening. Do not assume that a copy obtained for personal use will satisfy the original application.
